  • Prior experience in start-ups/ companies preferred

  • Prior experience in sports/ martial arts preferred

 

*Exclusive to female due to studio setting in Jordan and SheFighter

  • Real-life business/social enterprise management in diverse scope, namely marketing, finances, operation and human resources and training functions with weekly rotation

  • Operation model of social enterprises

  • Workshop and summer camp with external parties e.g. education institutions

  • Entrepreneurial spirit

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proactive attitude

  • Background of design thinking preferred but not required

  • Tailor-made training for apprentices, in lean startup, design thinking, facilitation, and project management skills

  • Access to cutting edges social startups and a global community of young changemakers

Poverty and Education - KRIS Library

Preferred Qualities

  • Proficiency in English

  • Prior experience in leadership/ project management

  • Passion in either topics: Poverty, education, Peace

  • Interest in Filipino culture/ the Philippines

  • Ability to work independently

 

Achievements to Unlock

  • Significant interface with external parties for public relations and partnership development e.g. Metrobank Foundation and Ayala Foundation, the 2 most representative funders in the Philippines, National Bookstore and Fully Booked, the biggest local bookstores

  • Rotation to 6 KRIS Libraries and different functions: Marketing, External relations, Scholarship, Online platform (website/ social media) development, Fund/Resources raising, Human Resources (e.g. volunteer recruitment and management), Enrichment activities

  • Exclusive interaction with senior management and the founder

  • Co-development of post-apprenticeship projects on top of the initial plan

  • Learning, exposure, and engagement with issues relevant to KRIS Library such as poverty, conflict, and empowerment among young people
